Future Ready Resources

Elementary

Deer Park schools help students see a link between what they are learning and future work. There are programs to offer ways in which students can make those career connections as early as kindergarten. In addition, professionals and community partners are invited into the schools to take us behind the scenes to show us what they do every day.

Middle School

Deer Park schools help students see a link between what they are learning and future work.
We provide exploratory course electives which support students in both their exposure to possible careers of interest while also allowing them to discover what really excites them and what they would likely walk away from when it comes to course offerings at the high school level.

High School

Deer Park schools help students see a link between what they are learning and future work. Preparing students for diverse career pathways, whether choosing college, technical training, or direct entry into the workforce, is incredibly important. In our Deer Park community, it's about giving students the tools they need to succeed in whatever path they choose. For parents, it means knowing your children have the skills to thrive and build fulfilling careers. It's all about making sure students have the knowledge and support in whichever Pathway they choose to make the best decisions for themselves, opening doors to brighter opportunities and a better future for everyone.
